Getting2Great (G2G) is Health Management’s company-wide initiative to build a stronger, more cohesive culture for our team of Associates, physicians, caregivers and leaders.
While each of our hospitals is distinctly different, G2G is designed to make sure we’re all working toward common goals to provide outstanding experiences for patients, families, physicians and Associates. Our six pillars – People, Service, Quality, Innovation, Finance and Growth – provide the foundation for G2G and the care that each of our hospitals provides.
As part of G2G, our hospitals follow the same Guiding Principles, which help set common expectations and improve service through shared goals and best practices.
We continuously monitor and measure our success equally across all six pillars through patient perception, Associate partnership, core measures, financial performance and the impact of innovative ideas.
